Very often, however, the situation can be rectified over the telephone, not only saving the client callout charges, but also limiting system 'down time'. The primary reason for this is generally down to the way that EL&D protect their systems before leaving a venue. In using the very latest in digital control/processing equipment, we can greatly limit any possibility of any unintentional damage to our audio systems.
